I started collecting worn footwear during my early teens and it soon became an addiction to me. I´ve had a couple thousand pair alltogether since then, but i never actually counted.
Since a few years i purchase used kids´ and youth´s sneakers from not only the U.S. and germany but also from other european countries like serbia, croatia, sweden, denmark and the czech republic. I also have a few nice pair from the ukraine, russia, japan and even new zealand.
I´m not only happy but also kind of proud about my shoe collection. However i primarly collect all those shoes because i am addicted to their scent, like i mentioned before.
Once there is no life left in there, "like when that specific smell is gone", i either throw them away when they´re too worn out/damaged or i professionally clean them inside and out and resell them for a buck.
Plenty of shoes i have also already donated to charity.

Hi, my name is Markus and since the 1990s, i collect used, worn out and trashed sneakers and other footwear from kids and youths from the U.S. and all over the world.
Why do i collect used footwear?
Well, in this world full of prejudice, i feel like i shall have to be embarassed for saying so and most people will find that gross, but since i can remember, i´ve always had a huge passion for feet, socks & sneakers.
Since i remember, i absolutely love and adore
the smell (to me it is like the sweetest scent actually) of
children´s´feet. And the socks and shoes that have worn them. It´s simply a part of me since i was yet a child myself and that´s just the way it is.
Just like a mother may love the special scent of her baby, i simply happen to be heavily drawn to feet, socks & footwear in general. No matter if big feet, small feet, wide feet, slim feet, i simply love kids´feet to the moon and back.
I was born in´81, marrried and with own children and i founded my little shoe business in order to not only meet my need, but also to trade footwear and clothing with other families. To a fair price, i use ebay in order to sell whatever had been worn only a few times and is in good condition. For instance, i´d even be happy about a pair of extremely used shoes and reward that with a new pair. I did so a couple times and am permanently on the search for new unbiased contacts to do that sort of business with. Like i said, many people might hate me for it, (think i´m a pervert or whatever), but i can assure you i am absolutely not. And i think in the end, it´s just used, "to throw away"-shoes i am asking to buy.
